Throw back to August 2018 - First Day in the mission field!

Wowee today has been super cool. GENERAL CONFERENCE IS SO COOL. I love it, every second of it. I will talk more about it on Monday, but I sure love how everyone is talking about how much strength and comfort you can receive from the Book of Mormon. It's so cool how much you can get from a single verse even! The book RADIATES with the spirit!

Moroni 6:9 says:

9 And their meetings were conducted by the church after the manner of the workings of the Spirit, and by the power of the Holy Ghost; for as the power of the Holy Ghost led them whether to preach, or to exhort, or to pray, or to supplicate, or to sing, even so it was done.

I really love that the Holy Ghost will only LEAD you to do good things! He won't FORCE you, but rather let you chose the thing he's led you to.

I can promise you that conference is the best thing to do RIGHT NOW! You have an hour! It's also tomorrow doods. You will receive answers if you watch!

Hey y'all.   Elder Furphy here.     SO this is it.   Please.   Don't cry.   I am eating my sads away with Uncrustables. They are good. Week #52 - It's do or die bb [insert massive dab emoji]

I've got to say, this has been the longest week of my life. I knew coming into this that a Zone Leader had some extra work to do, but boi, this be a lot of work man. It's all good though, in the end, I'm still super happy to be doing this work and helping out the zone.  Me and mah boi, Elder Cook So Elder Peterson and I made the zone vision this week, but that took a lot of brain power and straight revelation.  So I was pretty wiped out every night this week. I have never slept better in my entire life.  Our zone vision focused a lot on Elder Uchtdorf's talk, from this last conference.  We shared how we, as a zone, need to first come closer to Christ and then we will be more confident, in the day, as we go about sharing our testimonies with people, about the gospel.  Elder Peterson done fell outta the car We were able to find 4 new people to teach this week too.
