Week #59 - MUCHOS PLANNING BB

Heyooo! 

 Alright everyone, so this is gonna be a short one cuz we had a lit p-day.

But, Elder Farley and I are doing great! We had to plan a ton for District Training, this week, which was less than ideal, but it worked out. We taught about how we can all be more obedient and that as we do so, we can hit 100 baptisms in 100 days🐮🔔 it'll be SWEET. I am super pumped to do that.

We also were able to go to the temple and I saw lil' Sean there and Elder Boam, which is pretty cool. I love the temple so much because of the spirit I feel there. Y'all back home should go to the nearest temple to you and just feel the spirit that is there and the peace that you will feel. Even if you can't go inside, just sit on the grounds and just THINK. You will be able to feel the peace that comes from being next to the house of the Lord 😇. (Its temples for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints)

Hey y'all.   Elder Furphy here.     SO this is it.   Please.   Don't cry.   I am eating my sads away with Uncrustables. They are good. (Bishop Hale, Dee, Me, Elder Nash) But, Dee got baptized this week!   What a way to end :)   He has been prepared for a year now and has finally found the Church of Jesus Christ.   The service was nice.   10 people including us were there!     It was awesome.   Dee was so happy to be here.   Our Ward Mission Leader gave a talk about baptism and the Gift of the Holy Ghost and actually, in the middle of the talk he asked Dee to share his testimony about the Holy Ghost.   He ...

Week #92.1 - Corona Days: STORMS!

April 28, 2020 Pic from last time Big thunder clap today. Lots of rain.   We set up Dee's interview for baptism for Thursday and he is also meeting with the Bishop tomorrow. He's so ready. I appreciate 1 Nephi 3:7 cuz Nephi went and did, and I want to keep that attitude as I am finishing my mission. I love Nephi and his example of staying strong in his faith. Also, the spirit totally warned us to go home as we were driving in the rain. So we did and we felt good. We figured out the reason was because we needed to call one of the people we were teaching. They needed to be uplifted and wouldn't have been had we been driving still. So, follow the spirit y'all! I am staying strong y'all! I have never felt better about my mission.
