So, this week went by SUUUUPER fast! It's wild how that happens. I'm pretty sure it's cuz we are having so much fun (but working hard). Honestly, I really don't remember what happened this week toooo much. (sorry mom) But here we go! 1. I was able to go on an exchange, with Elder Stebbins, in the Spanish-Land and we had a great time running away from mean dogos! 😅 But, we were able to find two new people to teach and one of them seemed SUPER solid? She is only 16, but she loves her family so much and she wants them to be more happy. So we promised her that our message could have her family come closer together. She liked that and wanted to know more. We shared the Family Proclamation with her, and also a Book of Mormon.  She said she would read it. It was a solid contact and she was way more happy by the time we left.  Spanish Exchange  2. So. This has been a week for sure. It feels like last Monday was FOREVER ago. The world got a little cranky with us this week, and decided to cry.  So, we were attacked by the tears of the Earth. LOL, naw, but it did flood a bunch, but I'll get to that later. So, we had the wonderful opportunity of going to the Houston Temple, this week, which totally prepared me for the days following. I seriously love the temple y'all, cuz it's just so peaceful there and I can really feel the spirit. I also found something cool, in the Bible Dictionary, while in the temple, it basically said that Baptism is the Covenant of Baptism and that Celestial Marriage is the Covenant of Exaltation. Hello one and all! It is I, ELDER FURPHY! I am having a lot of fun and the work is going great. We had a busy week, but, also a spiritual week! So here we go... My homies (Sister Fluhman and Davey, and Sister Howcroft in the back) I was able to go on exchanges, this week, with Elder Westover and HE IS A STUD! We worked in the Atascocita area and that place is pretty cool! We mainly worked on trying by "formers" (former investigators?) and tracting if the people weren't home. We were able to find a new person to teach named Christina and she is super nice! But after the exchange, I got to go back with Elder Farley and we had a grand ol' rest of the night 😀. Elder Farley is super cool still and I am enjoying our transfer a TON.  We had Zone Conference this week too and it was SUCH a spiritual experience! It has got to be my favorite Zone Conference, by far. We were able to learn more about how we can put people on date for baptism and get them to sacrament.  ...

Heyooo!  Alright everyone, so this is gonna be a short one cuz we had a lit p-day.  The warrior vs. the Incredible Furf  But, Elder Farley and I are doing great! We had to plan a ton for District Training, this week, which was less than ideal, but it worked out. We taught about how we can all be more obedient and that as we do so, we can hit 100 baptisms in 100 days🐮🔔 it'll be SWEET. I am super pumped to do that.  Pt.1 of District Training  Mission District Training Mission District Training We also were able to go to the temple and I saw lil' Sean there and Elder Boam, which is pretty cool. I love the temple so much because of the spirit I feel there. Y'all back home should go to the nearest temple to you and just feel the spirit that is there and the peace that you will feel. Even if you can't go inside, just sit on the grounds and just THINK. You will be able to feel the peace that comes from being next to the house of the Lord ...
