Week #81 - So Long Cowboy

Lol. Yeah, I done got caught. Just kidding-just kidding.  I did get transferred though! Super sad. I was hoping to stay in Fairmont for at least another transfer, but hey the Lord has a better vision of his work than I do. So, I got transferred to a place called LAKE CHARLES! It's super cool and it's in Louisiana.   So I've finally made it out of Texas. Pretty crazy my dudes.  I never thought this would happen, but here I am. I might finish my mission here lol. I don’t know though. We'll see.

BUT this week was SWEET! We had a sweet MLT (Missionary Leadership Training), on Tuesday, where all the District Leaders and Zone Leaders got together and we discussed what it means to be the 4th missionary. To be the 4th missionary means to be all in and 100% committed to the lord and stuff like that. It was cool to see what people thought and it was a really revelatory experience. So Elder Harward and I planned a great District Training and we presented it to the zone, last Friday! It went really well and everyone was asked to work on the things they need to become the 4th missionary. It was so cool!

We then had the opportunity to go to the Houston Temple with some less active members and it was super good. They remembered the spirit that they felt when they used to go to the temple and they want to work to come back more often. I love how the spirit just helps us want to be better. I challenge y'all to go to the temple and pray. It'll be a cool experience if you're willing to listen 😉.

Elder Harward is gonna do great! He is gonna be with Elder Butterfield, so he is in good hands 😎. I can't wait to come back and see Shaneittra be baptized. She is so great! She knows the Book of Mormon is true and she knows that she needs to be baptized.

But I got to say goodbye to all the sisters I came out with so that's fun. I also said farewell to Elder Peterson. He's so cool. Bro I'm gonna miss you Elder Peterson 😘.

April 28, 2020 Pic from last time Big thunder clap today. Lots of rain.   We set up Dee's interview for baptism for Thursday and he is also meeting with the Bishop tomorrow. He's so ready. I appreciate 1 Nephi 3:7 cuz Nephi went and did, and I want to keep that attitude as I am finishing my mission. I love Nephi and his example of staying strong in his faith. Also, the spirit totally warned us to go home as we were driving in the rain. So we did and we felt good. We figured out the reason was because we needed to call one of the people we were teaching. They needed to be uplifted and wouldn't have been had we been driving still. So, follow the spirit y'all! I am staying strong y'all! I have never felt better about my mission. Week #18 - Ooooo it's a BIG turkey. Oh and what a fire week. 😆😆😆

Wazaaaaaaaaaaa!?!?!? First off, Elder Morris, I believe in you and know you'll do great things.  Second, Elder Ure, you have a wonderful smile.  Third, Elder Ewell, I miss having luaus with you.  AND NOW, ooo wee what a week.    Me n' Loynd Butterfly landed on a dude So, we had a short p-day last week.  So we went and got a pizza that a member bought us. It was real good. But then, at the end of that day, the Zone Leaders came over and said they were gonna blitz our area with us. I was very happy about that.    Funny comic And so the next morning, we went out and ran around a track. Then we had a really great breakfast of scrambled eggs and deer sausage. Sooooo goooood 🍳🦌😍😍😍😍😋. But yeah, I went around with Elder Davies and we met some really cool people and a member gave us Tamales.
