(credits to my sisters for the title)

So, this week was super sweet. Elder Boam and I are on fire and it's super sweet.

So, a story from last week. Elder Boam and I were in Branch Council and suddenly I see a person walk in that has never been in the building before and that neither I or Elder Boam have met. So, we sat next to him in our Sacrament Meeting.  He eventually left the room and we sat with him in the lobby. His name is Aaron, and he told us that he was told by God to come to our church. He was homeless and decided to go to church. So, we had him talk to our Branch President and within 2 days, he had 2 jobs and a place to live. He has been so blessed. We met with him throughout the week and talked about the Book of Mormon with him.  He was caught on the fact that he needs evidence to believe in anything. So we talked to him about faith and the importance of having a belief in something rather than expecting a sign to prove something. SO that was fun.

Elder Boam - He sleepeth

We went to the TEMPLE

Then, I went to Japer on exchanges this week, on a Sunday. I met a lot of the Jasper Branch and they all knew Elder Osborne, so props to him for making a reputation for himself 😉. Brother Osborne is pretty cool too. BUT OHMAHGUUUDNESS. Elder Walter and I were going around and seeing people and we stopped at one last house. OOOO IT'S SO COOL. So, the Jasper Elders have one guy on date for baptism there.  So we stopped by to see him cuz he couldn't make it to church. We talked with his dad and found out he had a heart attack and is recovering from that. JEEEEEZ! So we talked with his dad and his wife and had a FIRE lesson on the Plan of Salvation. They. ate. that. up. They thought it was so amazing that there was kingdoms of glory and that we will receive glory in the long run. THEN ELDER WALTER TOTALLY HIT 'EM WITH A BAPTISMAL INVITATION. They we're like, "yuh" and they are gettin dunked on July 6th!!! YEET. One of them has already read the Book of Mormon AND prayed about it AND knows it's true. BIG WIN FOR YA BOIS.

Me and Elder Walter at the Jasper Branch

We also spent a ton of time with Methodists this week, building a massive 50 ft. wheelchair ramp. That was NUTS. It took two days. We weren't there all day cuz the sun gets WACK, but it was quite the project bb. Jimbo got roped into the project too, so that was fun working with him.

 Elder Boam sleepeth again.

There's dragons boiiii

Oh and on Sunday, Elder Gunderson and Elder Boam went to get Aaron for church, and when they knocked on the door, he said, "who is it?" and they said who they were and he didn't answer the door. Sad face dood. But, we saw him yesterday and he said he is sick, so that's a lil' bummer.

Oh and shout out to Elder Wood for training again this upcoming transfer dood.

Cute cat

AnyWho, I am loving my time as a missionary. It's so much fun and I am learning so much, as I train Elder Boam. We are gonna continue cruisin' along and keep the work movin'.
