Week #35 - All Props to Elder Walter bb
Wow-wee, what a week! We've made a bit of progress this week and I am so happy to be out here in the Mission.
So, to begin, I honestly can't recall most of the week, cuz it FLEW by.
But, the coolest part this week, happened on the weekend. SO, I got to go on exchanges with ELDER WALTER, in Jasper, and let me tell you, this guy is super legit. Elder Walter is not afraid to hold back what he wants to tell people. He is a super good missionary. We were able to find one new person to teach though, so that was super cool! Biking, in Jasper, is super tough cuz there are so many big hills and I almost died. Emphasis on ALMOST. We were also able to go on ministering visits with one of the members, so that was cool.
Besides that, we put a kid named SEAN on date. I am super excited to help him progress towards the waters of baptism. He has been coming to church and has been loving it, so that's nice. His parents are super supportive which helps a TON. So yeah, I call that a big ol' win.
Sad day, but happy day, Noah Bishop is leaving on his mission and he is a super legit dude. He gave a great farewell talk and there was a neat family/branch gathering afterwards. Then later in that day, we were able to teach Sean. Then we went to the Bishop's house and ate a bowl of Sour Patch Kids cereal, with Noah, cuz he loves that stuff. But yeah, that's all i got fer ya.
The gospel is SUPER true and you'll be blessed as you live it everyday.
Love y'all,
